Melissa has been practicing her craft since 2013. She has expertise in managing chronic pain, working with individuals going through cancer treatments,Pregnancy and PostPartum, PTSD, and grief. Her style is slow and intentional yet intuitive and customizable to every clients needs.

In her free time, she is a mom, an artist, a musician, and an avid outdoors person. She loves fantasy + horror, and nerding out about plants and anatomy. She loves tattoos, self care, cooking, and halloween.

Kerrigan Rico, LMT

Kerrigan has been an LMT since November 2023. She specializes in Prenatal Massage and integrated deep tissue massage. She especially loves working on athletes who need recovery from workouts and mothers who juggle work and children. Kerrigan’s style is very intentional, deep, and grounding.

Kerrigan was born in Indiana but raised between the Midwest country and the Rocky mountains!

She also loves all things fantasy, loves making art like chainmail and pottery, and can yap about books all day! Fun fact: Kerrigan is the second youngest of 8 siblings!
